Northrop Grumman's Mission Systems Sector organization is seeking applicants for a position on the Sustainment and Modernization of Radar Sensors (SMORS) program as a Data Management Analyst.
Responsibilities Include:
Supporting business analysts and developers to document data requirements and establish documentation standards.
Providing education on the naming conventions and document format standards.
Reviewing documentation to ensure adherence to document and quality standards.
Works on and across multiple projects to ensure consistency in naming conventions and documentation standards.
Promotes the sharing and reuse of data across projects and business areas.
Reviews and reports on program data metrics to benchmark effectiveness.
Contributes to the upgrading of standards and best practice guidelines.
Prioritize requests and communicate schedule to all stakeholders including customers
Collaborate with other team members

MSCOMSTR
This req will be filled at either a level 2 or a level 3.
Basic Qualifications:
For a level 2, a Bachelors degree with 3 years of Data Management experience, or 1 year with a Masters, or 4 years experience in lieu of a degree
For a level 3, a Bachelors degree with 6 years of Data Management experience, or 4 years with a Masters, or 10 years experience in lieu of a degree
Active Secret clearance
Experience with workflow process tools
Self-motivated and able to effectively work with all levels of the organization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Windows, MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint programs
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Serena Business Manager is a plus.
Knowledge of data and change management principles and proficiency in the use of data management tools
