Oracle Field Marketing Specialist 2 in Colorado Springs, Colorado
Plans, executes, and measures demand generation marketing programs to grow sales pipeline and revenue for Field Sales organization.
Contributes to creation of strategic marketing plan in support of Sales pipeline and revenue objectives. Develops and implements tactical marketing programs in conjunction with Sales, Channels, Product Marketing, Product Management, Oracle Direct (Telesales), and external influencers such as user groups and industry trade associations. Provides onsite execution support for marketing programs. Tracks lead flow to ensure the appropriate Sales channels are following up with event attendees and campaign responders in a timely manner. Creates and manages program budget, measures ROI through metrics analysis and reporting.
Proven track record executing multi-faceted event programs. Excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal skills, and ability to work on far-flung virtual teams. Moderate technical and strategic understanding of Technology, Applications, and Industry solutions being marketed. Attention to detail and discipline to follow established policies and processes from event design to execution to lead flow.

As a member of the Sales Planning and Analysis team, the Marketing Specialist 2 will be responsible for defining, measuring and communicating the direction of a successful Marketing Organization. The successful candidate should be a good problem solver, have excellent communication skills and demonstrate exceptional organization and multitasking abilities.
The Analyst in this role will support the following activities, along with ad hoc projects:
Provide reports and analysis to marketing and sales management (lead reporting, pipeline reporting, marketing influence).
Proactively identify trends; suggest process and resource allocation adjustments to capitalize on these trends or to resolve operational issues.
Systematize wherever possible to enhance visibility through NetSuite/Domo Dashboards and marketing & sales tools.
Work with NetSuite and other third party platforms to program and execute data requirements.
Constantly collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Finance & Product Leaders to identify areas of risk and opportunity.
2-5 years of experience supporting sales and/or marketing, either in Sales Ops, FP&A, or data analysis.
Bachelor's degree preferred, preferably in an analytical or business-related field, or equivalent experience.
Comfort with large amounts of data; being able to source and interpret data sets.
High level of proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
Strong attention to detail, quality, and accuracy.
Proactive in problem solving with high level of critical thinking skills.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to build strong professional relationships at all levels.
Experience using NetSuite, BI software, Domo, and/or knowledge of SQL a plus.
Experience with data visualization and analysis and metrics/dashboard reporting preferred.
Experience with business process design and development preferred.
Travel: Approximately 5-10% travel anticipated.
